"We recently purchased a Lunderg air pump, which suddenly failed. After leaving a message with customer service, they wrote back within 24-hours with troubleshooting instructions and mitigation instructions to resolve the issue. They were efficient and extremely responsive throughout the process. We are pleased with their products and professionalism."
"I thought I was getting a loaded clamp with an extra upper vein insert but I got an empty clamp and the 5 inserts all of which were thinner than the clamp I had been using. I am not happy."

"I will try this again. I just purchased my 5th clamp. It is comfortable and works very well. Now,,,, I purchased one of the original clamps about a yearo ago. when it broke I desided that i would buy 1 more to use and 2 more to keep in stock , just in case. Total of 4. After the first one broke, the second and third one also broke leaving me with only the 4th one. If you check your records to verify. I desided i needed a backup and this is where we are now. "It goes against the grain to give five stars to something that seems to be a medieval torture device :-) but after a prostatectomy closely followed by a kidney stone removal I leak and the Freedom Clamp works quite well and overall is comfortable. The only other clamp I've tried is the Pacey Cuff and found this more comfortable, easier to use, and it costs half as much. I'm not sure what all the attachments accomplish. I use the standard; I've not found the others make much difference."

"I have been using clamps for over 20 years because of urinary incontinence caused by prostate surgery. The best clamp I ever used was the MIC made by a called PPSTOP. The owner and maker of the device passed away and the clamp is no longer available. I have tried every clamp that Amazon sells over the years and I like the Freedon Clamp the best so far. The only problem I have had is the hinge pin breaking and I am on my seventh Freedom Clamp. They sell replacement pads for this clamp and I have a set but I have never needed them because the hinge pin breaks. Tha being said I do get several months out of each clamp."
"I had a radical robotic prostatectomy 16 months ago, which left me incontinent. The Lunderg Freedom clamp has slowed my leakage, is comfortable, and is easy to use. To completely stop leakage, a tighter setting than what is comfortable (at least for me) is required. I consider myself a fairly heavy leaker and use 2-3 large pads/day depending on how much I move around. With the clamp, I've cut pad use to about half that. It's interesting that a particular clamp setting works quite well one day but a different setting works better on another. I've had no problems wearing the clamp 2-3 hours at a time though sometimes experience discomfort, even for lesser time periods, and have learned to take it off for a few minutes then reapply it with a lower setting. Typically, I wear it when going out or when exercising (when leaking is otherwise heavy). It takes a bit of experimentation to determine where the ""sweet spot"" is, which can vary. I've had the clamp for about a month and will get another one to have on hand in case something happens with the one I currently have. Overall, I'm happy with the clamp."

We recommend testing all included stabilizer pads first to find the combination that feels best—Freedom includes 2 top pads (V-Cut and Curved) and 3 bottom pads (Traditional, Wide, and Urethra-Target) so you can fine-tune comfort and leakage control. Then use the Pro-Hinge (top-down pressure system) together with the ladder-lock to dial in the lowest comfortable pressure that works. Place the clamp midway down the shaft (not too close to the base or the tip), close it, and tighten gradually until you get control without discomfort.
