This toilet seat was perfect for my elderly mother's needs. Although her bathroom is tiny and I could only install one hand rail , she loves it! She struggles from weakness, Parkinson's, and arthritis and this seat makes things so much easier for her.. The sink counter is too close to fit the other hand rail but is no problem. She uses the counter and other installed hand rail. No issues during install. Very clear instructions with photos. Would definitely order again if needed. Very sturdy! Looked at many seats but this one seemed to be the most stable and user friendly. It is rock solid with no tipping or wobble. Opening is full sized just like the OEM seat it replaced. Soft close works well. This is one of those products that when look back I wish I would have purchased 9 months ago. It makes sitting down and getting up so easy with NO pain which wasn't the case even with my comfort height toilet.

Very comfortable seat. It is especially nice that the whole seat tilts up so you can clean the toilet bowl easily. The seat soft closes down, as well as the lid. It’s been installed for a week and I love it! Even if it is more expensive than other raised seats, it is well worth it. I would like to add that the seat is not wobbly at all, nor are the handles wobbly. Very sturdy all the way around.
