Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all Lunderg products sold by Cross Innovations LLC, located at 1603 Capitol Ave, Suite 310 A435, Cheyenne, WY 82001, US ("Company"). By purchasing and using a Lunderg product, you agree to the following terms.
This policy covers two things: (1) our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for returns and refunds, and (2) our Product Warranty covering manufacturing defects after that window.
Part 1 — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Returns
At Lunderg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as simple as possible. Please review the following details regarding our return policy.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your Lunderg product. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Original or Unused Condition: The product must be in its original or unused condition and returned in its original packaging. We can only accept returns for items that have not been used.
After this 30-day window, your product is covered against manufacturing defects under the Warranty in Part 2 below.
Customer-Borne Shipping Costs
Please note that when initiating a return, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the product back to Lunderg. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
Return Process
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team to inform them of your intention to return the product. You can contact us at questions@lunderg.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with any necessary instructions.
- Package the Item: Ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original box or packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
- Ship the Product: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Please make sure to include your order number, name, and contact information inside the package for easy identification.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the required criteria (original or unused condition, in its original packaging), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed, as it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective Lunderg product, please contact our customer support team immediately at questions@lunderg.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as needed.

Part 2 — Product Warranty
Once the 30-day return window has passed, your Lunderg product is covered against manufacturing defects under the following warranty terms.
Warranty Coverage
- This warranty is valid only for products purchased through our official sales channels, including the Lunderg.com website, Lunderg's stores on Amazon US, Amazon CA, Amazon UK, and Walmart US. If the product was purchased from a third party, the customer must contact the original seller for support.
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only.
- By registering the warranty, the coverage period is extended to 1 year, with the following exceptions:
- Male Incontinence Clamps: Covered for 6 months only.
- Raised Toilet Seats with Handles: Covered under a Lifetime warranty.
- Toilet Safety Rails and raised toilet seat: Covered under a Lifetime warranty.
- If a replacement product is provided under warranty, the original warranty period will continue from the initial purchase date; it does not reset with the replacement product.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by inappropriate use, misuse, neglect, accidents, or user errors.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, fading, or deterioration due to regular use, is not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, or maintenance not in accordance with the provided instructions.
- Failure to follow washing instructions.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Any use of the product beyond its intended purpose as specified by Lunderg.
Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at questions@lunderg.com and provide proof of purchase.
- Describe the issue and provide any relevant supporting documentation or images.
- Upon approval, the Company will provide further instructions for the return or replacement process.
- The Company reserves the right to require the product to be sent to our warehouse for further investigation to determine if the product is defective. If deemed defective, we will repair or replace the product accordingly.
- The customer may be required to bear the shipping costs to return the item.
Limitation of Liability
Cross Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Changes to These Terms
Cross Innovations LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or other official communication channels.
