Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed upon arbitration service under its applicable rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND CROSS INNOVATIONS LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
