We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Cancellation requests are only possible before an order has shipped.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the shipment.
• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

After Shipment

• If your order has already shipped, the cancellation request cannot be completed.
• In that case, you may need to wait until the item is delivered and then follow our return policy, if eligible.
