"Works. . . . Locking snap could be better."
"Compared with other clamps that are variations on the Wiesner design, the bell clamp is both more effective at preventing leakage and, when properly placed, less uncomfortable. Although it is superior, this clamp, as made, is not perfect. The plastic of the frame is so stiff that the clasp is hard to open and close, at least with old fingers, and I imagine that many users are older men. With time, it may get more flexible. (I can imagine the trade-offs. The frame is thinner than with standard clamps, a good thing, and the clasp does not protrude, so it doesn't poke adjacent skin; thus, the plastic may need to be tougher and more rigid. But, still, it is difficult to set the clasp. ) Also, perhaps inevitably, the bell clamp is only comfortable when it is properly aligned; otherwise it can rub or pinch. Like other clamps, it feels better when standing; sitting can be less comfortable. Even with these reservations, it is clearly a better design. I wouldn't go back."
"I was hopeful when I saw the pictures, but when it arrived I was surprised how narrow it was, too tight on the first notch causing it to “seat” at an angle, and the bottom pad arch design is too extreme. For guys like me it may work better if it had an expandable hinge like the Lunberg Freedom Clamp with which I’ve had reasonable success and have since gone back to. I rate the Bell Clamp a 3 because there’s an alternative in the Lunberg product line up that works better for me."
"My setting of too tight produced good performance, but became uncomfortable after a few hours. Using one setting looser, performance was not good. . . too much leakage. I guess a clamp is a clamp."
"I like the concept and when positioned correctly it is very comfortable. For me it seems more prone to pinching until I can get just right. The right side clamping takes a little bit to get used to. In all, it's good"
"Clamp is the worse one I've ever used. I have tried several but the bell clamp doesn't stay in place like others clamp including your other clamps. Sorry I bought it"
"I wear it when I go for walks or run errands. Stays put and doesn't pinch."
"Does its job but I had trouble finding a comfortable position."
"Wore it to work for a full day and it stayed comfortable. Discreet under clothing."
"I can finally go out without constantly worrying. Helps a ton mentally."
We recommend trying all 3 included top pads (S, M, L) to find the one that feels best. With the penis relaxed, position the clamp about ¼ to ½ of the way down the shaft, then align the anatomical cutouts on the top pad with the main blood vessels for comfort. Close the clamp and use the ladder-lock to set the lowest comfortable pressure that controls leaks—avoid over-tightening. The Bell’s ergonomic bell-shaped frame is designed to help center and reduce side-to-side movement for a more stable fit during daily activities.
No—our Bell Clamp is completely metal-free, so there’s nothing to rust, and it’s designed to be safe for airport security screening and MRI environments.
Wear time varies by person and should follow your clinician’s guidance. As a general best practice, we recommend removing the clamp every 2–3 hours to urinate, give the skin a break, and maintain healthy blood flow. We also recommend not wearing it while sleeping so your body gets a natural rest period.
Your Bell Clamp set includes 1 Bell Clamp frame, 3 interchangeable top silicone pads (Small, Medium, Large), a storage/travel bag, and a user manual.
