"Like, I'm sure, a lot of people, suddenly having a family member need a commode and having to figure it out fast was overwhelming. Google and good reviews led me to order from Lunderg. I can't say enough. Shipping was very fast. Product exceeded expectations in every way. Reviews of other brands had my head spinning with all the possible ways this could go horribly, messily wrong. But right out of the box, it was clear I'd found the right company. Following the instructions has left us not having one single problem, mess, spill . . . disaster! The absorbent pads really do the job - no sloshing around. The lavender scent, which I'll admit, I didn't really have hope that I could avoid smells, while not being overly perfumy, really masks bad smells. I have saved Lunderg to my favorites and will recommend to others. I was not paid or somehow convinced to leave this review.
