"comfortable and light weight plus adjustable for controlling the drips."
"A lot more relaxed comfortable"
"After my radical prostatectomy and before radiation treatment, I had a sling surgery that added resistance in the urethra. While it worked well to reduce incontinence, it’s become less effective over time. The confidence clamp is my go-to, especially on longer walks/hikes or if I’m going to be moving around among people. It’s comfortable and effective. No issues after 3 years."
"This clamp functions well and is comfortable as well. It can be trusted to perform reliably for an extended period of time."
"Seems to be the best fit for me"
"Didn't work for me. Not saying it wouldn't work for others."
"Confidence Clamp is made sturdy, works well, has cushion choices. A bit wide but not a problem."
"It works well when I'm sitting, standing or laying down. I have had problems when I am performing strenuous activities such as bending over to lift heavy objects, splitting logs, moving heavy objects, etc. . ."
"I HAVE 2 SUGESTIONS 1) ROUND OFF ALL THE EDGES OF THE FRAIMING. SOMETIMES WHEN YOU SIT DOWN IT PUSHES THE SHARP EDGE AGAINST YOUR SKIN AND BECOMES UNCOMFORTABLE. ESPECIALY IF YOU HAVE ON DENNIMS OR A SNUG FIT PANT. 2) ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE AREA WERE THE BOTTOM OF LOCKING LADDER BEGINS, DONT MAKE THE INDENTION JUST CONTINUE THE ROUNDED FRAIM THIS WILL KEEP THE LADDER FROM BRAKEING SO EASY. I HAD TO BUY A NEW ONE BECAUSE THE LADDER BROKE AND I WET MY PANTS AT AN INCONVIENT TIME. I FEEL WITH THESE IMPROVEMENTS THE CLAMP WOULD A 5 STAR CLAMP."
"Excellent product"
We recommend testing all included pads first and choosing the one that feels best—your set includes three interchangeable silicone pads (S, M, L) so you can fine-tune comfort and leakage control. Place the clamp midway down the shaft (not too close to the base or the tip), then close and tighten using the ladder-lock system until you get control without discomfort. Use the lowest comfortable pressure that works, and re-adjust if you feel any pinching or pressure points.
No. The Confidence Clamp is metal-free, so there are no metallic parts to rust, and it’s designed to be travel-friendly (no “beeping” from metal components).
Wear time varies by person and you should follow your clinician’s guidance. As a general best practice, we recommend removing the clamp every 2–3 hours to urinate, give the skin a break, and check comfort/circulation. Always remove and re-adjust immediately if you notice pain, numbness, tingling, coldness, or discoloration.
Your Confidence Clamp set includes the Confidence Clamp, three interchangeable silicone pads (S, M, L), a user manual, and a storage/travel bag.
