"This clamp is surprisingly comfortable. I did not try to totally stop any leakage, I still wear a pad. But I’m happy with the results and the adjustable ladder position closure. I also ordered the Freedom clamp. This is even more comfortable, 5 stars. The adjustable hinge allows me to stop the leaks and find a comfortable closure position. Thank you for these devices."
"My original confidence clamp lasted less than one year. It broke at the hinge. I realize it only has a six month warranty, but couldn’t the hinge be made with some other material other than plastic? I certainly hope the new one holds up longer than the original one. I am pleased with the performance of the clamp but feel that it could be a little better constructed."

We recommend testing all included pads first and choosing the one that feels best—your set includes three interchangeable silicone pads (S, M, L) so you can fine-tune comfort and leakage control. Place the clamp midway down the shaft (not too close to the base or the tip), then close and tighten using the ladder-lock system until you get control without discomfort. Use the lowest comfortable pressure that works, and re-adjust if you feel any pinching or pressure points.
