"This was a total waste of money."
"It doesnt stop leakage as well as the more expensive model. (Freedom Clamp). Not too happy with the results."
"For guys like me it needs an expandable hinge like the Lunberg Freedom Clamp. The Versa Clamp for me was too tight on the first notch causing it to “seat” at an angle. I’ve since gone back to my Lunberg Freedom Clamp with which I’ve had reasonable success. I rate the Versa Clamp a 3 because there’s an alternative in the Lunberg product line up that works for me."
"I have used Confidence Clamp for over 5 years and recently purchased Versa Clamp 2. 0. I found it more difficult to release the ladder lock on the Versa Clamp 2. 0. The ladder lock on the Confidence Clamp extends higher and the upper arm has a downward curve. This helps the user push back slightly on the ladder lock with a thumb while the upper arm is pulled up. Also the Confidence Clamp lower arm is thinner allowing for more flexiblity to release the ladder lock. The Versa Clamp 2. 0 is stiffer. It may be helpful to extend its ladder lock a few millimeters to give the thumb something to grasp and therefore pull it back slightly. Also, if the upper arm were slightly wider toward the ladder lock side, it would be easier to grasp. The upper arm pad is flush with the plastic arm in this area interfering with trying to pull the upper arm upward. As a longtime user of Confidence Clamp, I will keep the Versa Clamp 2. 0 as a backup. I have purchased at least 7 or 8 Confidence Clamps over the years, and have been quite satisfied. They usually last about six months before I finally break the hinge. I have only broken the ladder lock once. Overall, your product works. I only wish insurances (as an example, Medicare under Durable Medical Equipment) would recognize it's effectivity. Insurances will pay for incontinence pads and underwear, which is more expensive on an annual basis versus these products that will reduce costs. Thank you for your interest."
"Broke after a week clip broke when releasing"
"I used the previous version and the Versa 2. 0 is definitely more comfortable. The pressure feels better distributed and I can wear it longer."
"Compared to the older clamp I had, this one is a clear improvement in comfort and overall build quality."
"I'm sure this clamp would work for some people, however it doesn't work for me. Maybe it's because I have been using the confidence clamp for years and it works great for me. I though I would try thr versa, I'm always interested in trying new products"
"After trying several options, this one stands out for comfort, durability, and ease of use."
"Good clamp overall. Comfortable for several hours and doesn't slip during normal activity."
We recommend trying both removable bottom pads (S and M/L) first and sticking with the one that feels best. Use the bottom knob to fine-tune the pressure setting and place the clamp about halfway down the shaft (not too close to the base or the tip), and close it.
No. Versa Clamp 2.0 is metal-free, so there are no metal parts to rust, and it’s designed to be travel-friendly for typical security screening.
Wear time varies by person and should follow your clinician’s guidance. As a best practice, we recommend removing the clamp every 2–3 hours to urinate, give the skin a break, and check comfort and circulation. Always remove and re-adjust immediately if you notice pain, numbness, tingling, coldness, or discoloration.
Your Versa Clamp 2.0 set includes the clamp, 2 removable pads (S and M/L), a pressure-adjustment key, and a carrying pouch.
