These Warranty Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Lunderg products sold by Cross Innovations LLC, located at 1603 Capitol Ave, Suite 310 A435, Cheyenne, WY 82001, US (“Company”). By purchasing and using a Lunderg product, you agree to the following terms:
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
The products can be returned for a refund or replacement/exchange within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original or unused condition. After that, you will be covered with manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is valid only for products purchased through our official sales channels, including the Lunderg.com website, Lunderg’s stores on Amazon US, Amazon CA, Amazon UK, and Walmart US. If the product was purchased from a third party, the customer must contact the original seller for support.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only.
By registering the warranty, the coverage period is extended to 1 year, except for male incontinence clamps, which are only covered for 6 months.
If a replacement product is provided under warranty, the original warranty period will continue from the initial purchase date; it does not reset with the replacement product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by inappropriate use, misuse, neglect, accidents, or user errors.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, fading, or deterioration due to regular use, is not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, or maintenance not in accordance with the provided instructions.
Failure to follow washing instructions.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
Loss or theft of the product.
Any use of the product beyond its intended purpose as specified by Lunderg.
Warranty Claims Process

Upon approval, the Company will provide further instructions for the return or replacement process.
The Company reserves the right to require the product to be sent to our warehouse for further investigation to determine if the product is defective. If deemed defective, we will repair or replace the product accordingly.
The customer may be required to bear the shipping costs to return the item.
Limitation of Liability
Cross Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
