"I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, and I was given a CPAP machine in February of 2026. I tried so many different masks. The hose kept getting in my way. It was so uncomfortable. The pillows just were. And I actually found this pillow on Amazon with drew me was the fact that it had these little cut outs that would allow for the hose to not interfere if I moved around and my CPAP mask hose connects at the top of the head cause I have a nasal pillow. . and I like the fact that I can adjust the inside of the pillow. I just keep the thin part of the pillow on the outside cause sometimes during my sleep I need a little extra height and sometimes I need to take it out. . I am a size sleeper, but I cannot sleep flat so I bought an adjustable wedge measuring 7. 5 inches that I could make as low as 3 inches and I put the CPAP pillow on top of that. Makes all the difference in the world. . so I can switch from left or right without an issue. And I don’t have leaks. In the beginning, it’s a little hard to get used to if you haven’t slept on memory foam in a very long time or never have before but after about a week or so no problem. . I would definitely recommend if you like a firm pillow that doesn’t lose its shape and provides great support."

The cutouts are really great and the shape will accommodate most everyone. I am told it will soften in time. I think I’d like it quite a bit more if it was softer immediately. Thank you"

Absolutely No Customer Service.
"If I could leave no stars I would. Bought 2 pillows paid over $118 and received them dirty with shipping dirt, stains, and a food odor and no 2nd pillow cases. Contacted Lunderg Customer Service and was told that they would not warranty them due to buying from Amazon. Just another scam. Promises are not kept here so buyer beware. As for the pillows they are hard as a rock and have a small space to lay your head on. Use duct tape because if you move the slightest you will wake up having laid wrong on the cut outs all night with a sore neck. There are way more better options out there and cheaper. This company's Customer service is a email system as well. They don't even respect their customers enough to answer a call directly. Much less want to hear complaints. Just take your money and forget you."

This CPAP Pillow is made from memory foam and is quite firm. If you don't like memory foam in standard pillows, then this pillow won't work for you either!
Is the height adjustable? How does that work?
Yes. It includes a removable 1.1" memory foam layer so you can choose a lower or higher profile for better comfort and neck/spine alignment.
What are the washing instructions for the product?
The pillow itself cannot be washed because it is made from memory foam. The pillow case is suitable for machine wash, and we include an extra pillow case as well
Do the pillows have an odor?
Because of the packaging, all pillows will have a bit of odor when they are new. Just air them out for a day and then the odor will disappear!
